APARTMENT AMENITIES
Two double bedrooms each overlooking it, bathroom, living room, terrace on the main
street, kitchen with terrace on the cliff, master bathroom, panoramic terrace,
air conditioning, heating, Wi Fi throughout the hotel, washing machine, satellite TV,
stereo system. The two terraces and the terrace are furnished with tables, chairs,
deck chairs, cushions, umbrellas and decorative plants.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. Pets are not allowed.
Please note that the property is not available for hen/stag parties or similar.
The apartment is rented only to couples or family groups of the same nucleus
or group of friends (you will not find yourself with strangers if you are only a couple).

With regard to access to the village and parking, except for residents, no other type
of vehicle is allowed, except for first aid and law enforcement vehicles.
3 Terrazzi relies on the Parking Vernassoa parking service that includes in their rate
a taxi service that at check-out will take you back to your vehicle.
The timetable of the rides is the same as the parking lot, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

station or Monterosso (which is closer).

TOURIST TAX
The Municipality of Vernazza has approved the establishment of the tourist tax (from March 1st to October 31st). This tax has come into force since 2015 and consists of payment of € 2,00 per person per night for the first three (3) days of stay. Children under the age of 11, guides and drivers from groups staying in the municipality are exempt from payment. This is a tax purpose and the proceeds will be fully invested by the City Administration in projects in the area. Refunds of uncultivated lands, inter-estate roads and reconstruction of dry-stone walls will be financed.
